BEST Keto Dinner Rolls

Homemade Keto Dinner Rolls beautifully baked to golden brown perfection with the most amazing soft and fluffy texture.

INGREDIENTS - Vital wheat gluten - Oat fiber - Lupin flour - Ground golden flaxseed - Heavy cream - Eggs - Yeast - Sweetener - SF honey - Butter - Inulin - Baking powder - Salt

Bloom the yeast in the warm heavy cream, water and inulin mixture.

Add the dry ingredients to your stand mixer and whisk to combine.

With the mixer running, slowly add in the yeast mixture, eggs and butter, then knead 7 minutes.

Form 12 rolls and allow to rise.

Bake the rolls until lightly golden brown.

Brush the tops with melted butter and serve.
