Keto Cucumber Salad

Refreshing Creamy Cucumber Salad is the perfect dish for a potluck and picnic lunch.

INGREDIENTS - English cucumbers - Red onion - Sour cream - Mayonnaise - White wine vinegar - Dill - Lemon - Garlic - Sweetener - Salt and pepper

Add the sour cream, mayonnaise, white wine vinegar, garlic, sweetener, pepper, lemon juice and zest in a small mixing bowl.

Whisk until well combined, then set aside at room temperature while you chop the veggies.

Slice the cucumber to the thickness of your liking.

Add the sliced cucumbers to a large bowl.

Add the red onion, dill and the dressing over the top of the cucumbers.

Stir until well combined and chill in the fridge in an airtight container for at least 1-2 hours.
