Keto Pumpkin Cheesecake Coffee Cake

Enjoy this moist, delicious pumpkin coffee cake that combines savory pumpkin and sweet cheesecake with delicious streusel topping.

INGREDIENTS - Almond flour - Oat fiber - Pumpkin puree - Cream cheese - Pumpkin pie spice - Heavy cream - Cream cheese - Sweetener - Eggs - Butter - Pecans - Ground cinnamon - Vanilla extract - Baking powder - Salt

Add all the dry ingredients to a bowl, and whisk to combine.

In another mixing bowl, add the wet ingredients and mix to combine.  Then mix in the dry ingredients.  Spread 1/2 the mixture into your baking dish.

Mix all the cheesecake layer ingredients and spread over the first pumpkin cake layer.

Add the remaining pumpkin cake mixture over the cheesecake layer..

Mix the streusel topping mixture in a bowl, then crumble over the coffee cake.

Bake, then allow to cool completely before cutting and serving.
