Air Fryer Cauliflower

 Cajun Air Fryer Cauliflower paired with an amazingly savory, homemade Remoulade Dipping Sauce.

INGREDIENTS - Cauliflower - Cajun seasoning - Mayonnaise - Olive oil - Lemon - Chives - Dijon mustard - Garlic - Horseradish - Smoked paprika - Worcestershire - Hot sauce - Salt

Add all the remoulade sauce ingredients into a small mixing bowl.

Mix until everything is well combined, then set aside at room temperature, while you make the cauliflower.

Wash, dry and cut up your cauliflower into bite size florets.

Add them to a mixing bowl, then pour the olive oil and cajun seasoning over the top.

Place the cauliflower on your air fryer racks, spacing them apart so that air can circulate around them and air fryer for 12-15 minutes.

Serve with the remoulade dipping sauce and enjoy!
