Easy Chicken Fajitas
Chicken Fajitas are tender, juicy and bursting with amazing flavor from a homemade seasoning blend!
- Red bell pepper
- Yellow bell pepper
- Red onion
- Fajita seasoning
- Olive oil
- Cilantro (optional)
Whisk to combine the lime, olive oil and fajita seasoning.

Add the chicken in a large bowl, pour the mixture over the top, then toss to coat the chicken. Marinate for 30 minutes.
Sauté the chicken on all sides in a cast iron skillet until it reaches an internal temperature of at least 165°F. Remove and set aside.
Add in the remaining olive oil, butter, peppers and onion.
Sauté until the onions are soft and have become slightly charred and caramelized, then add the chicken back in.
Serve with a squeeze of lime juice and chopped cilantro.
