Keto Brussels Sprouts

Sautéed Shredded Brussels Sprouts with grated parmesan and topped with a rich, savory balsamic glaze is a healthy and delicious Keto side dish!

INGREDIENTS - Brussels sprouts - Balsamic reduction - Parmesan cheese - Bacon fat - Butter - Garlic salt - Red pepper flakes

Shred your Brussels sprouts using a food processor or a sharp knife.

Melt the butter and bacon fat in a large skillet. Add in the Brussels sprouts, garlic salt and red pepper flakes.

Cook for 8-10 minutes until they just started to get slightly browned. Remove from the heat and stir in the parmesan cheese.

Drizzle the balsamic reduction over the top.

Top with more grated parmesan cheese.

Serve with your favorite protein  and enjoy!
