Keto Pumpkin Mousse

All the delicious flavors of pumpkin pie and cheesecake whipped into a perfectly rich and creamy Keto dessert!

INGREDIENTS - Pumpkin puree - Cream cheese - Mascarpone cheese - Sweetener - Heavy cream - Pumpkin pie spice - Vanilla extract - Pure maple extract

Add all of the ingredients except for the heavy cream into the bowl of a food processor and mix.

Scrape down the sides and continue mixing.

Add in the heavy cream and mix until well combined.

The mousse should be well combined, light and fluffy.

Spoon the pumpkin mixture into a piping bag and pipe out portions in small dessert dish.

Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon and/or some chopped toasted pecans.
