Salmon with Creamy Dill Sauce

This delicious baked salmon is smothered in a fresh, creamy dill sauce. It’s a decadent and yet super easy dinner that's full of flavor!

INGREDIENTS - Salmon - Dill - Sour cream - Capers - Mayonnaise - Dijon mustard - Lemon  - Salt and pepper

Add the fresh dill, sour cream, mayonnaise, dijon mustard, capers, lemon, salt and pepper in a bowl.

Whisk to combined, then allow to sit at room temperature while you make the salmon.

Preheat oven to 400°F and place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with a wire rack. Brush with olive oil, then add the dill, salt and pepper.

Bake for 10 minutes. Increase the temperature to 450°F and bake for another 5-8 minutes.

Serve with a healthy dollop of the sauce over the top of the salmon, and garnish with some dill and capers.

You can use this creamy dill sauce with chicken or other fish that you like.
