Smoked Salmon Cucumber Bites – Keto/Low Carb
This quick and easy Low Carb appetizer is elegant and tasty! These are perfect to serve at your next special occasion party or holiday dinner.

- 1 English cucumber
- 6 ounces smoked salmon thinly sliced
- 2/3 cup cream cheese room temperature
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- zest of 1/2 lemon
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Dried Dill
- Optional: 20 Capers
Cut the cucumber into 20 slices. Then cut the salmon into 20 strips.
Fold each piece of salmon in thirds and place on top of each cucumber slice.
In a mixing bowl, add the cream cheese, heavy cream, garlic salt, dill, lemon juice and zest, then whip using a Hand Mixer until well combined.
Transfer the mixture into a piping bag fitted with the tip of your choice. Alternatively, you can use a ziplock baggie and cut off the tip. Pipe out the mixture over the top of each piece of salmon.
Optional: Top with one caper and serve.
Store leftovers in the fridge for a few days.
Makes 20 bites, 2 per serving.
Macros do not include the optional capers.
