Keto Biscuits and Sausage Gravy

An old Southern favorite turned Keto! Light and fluffy biscuits smothered with creamy sausage gravy.

INGREDIENTS - Keto biscuits - Breakfast sausage - Almond milk - Heavy cream - Mascarpone cheese - Nutmeg - Salt and pepper

Prepare the Keto biscuits batter , see instructions below.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until slightly golden.

Add the sausage to a large frying pan and cook over medium heat.

Once the sausage is cooked through, add in the mascarpone cheese and melt it.

Add in the rest of the ingredients and cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until the gravy has thickened.

Slice the biscuits in half and pour some of the piping hot sausage gravy over the top.
