Whip the heavy cream in a bowl to soft peaks.In a separate bowl, add the cream cheese and whip using a hand mixer.
Add in the nutella, swerve confectioners and cocoa powder and continue mixing. Then add in the whip cream and mix until well combined.
Chill in the fridge for a few minutes before serving. I topped with some chopped hazelnuts and a drizzle of melted Lily's chocolate chips with coconut oil.
