Preheat your oven to 350F. Add the almond flour and everything bagel seasoning to the bowl of a food processor. Mix briefly, then add in the egg and mix until the dough stays together when you pinch it.
Remove the dough and set on a piece of parchment paper. Add another piece of parchment paper on top and roll out the dough to your desired thickness. Using a pizza cutter or knife, cut the dough into the size crackers of your choice. Mine were 2" x 2". Gather up the scraps, roll and cut out the remaining crackers.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden. Half way through the cooking, move the crackers to the top rack to finish cooking. Allow to cool before serving, and store in the fridge... if you have any left!
