Homemade “Everything” Crackers – Keto, Low Carb and Gluten Free

Who doesn’t want a little crunch every now and then?  I know that I certainly do, more often than not!  These crackers are so simple and easy to throw together, and you can change up the flavors any way you like.  I use my Homemade Everything Bagel Seasoning  mix, which makes these crackers so flavorful!  They will hold up to your favorite dip, cheese or they are even great all on their own!  Wait till you see how easy these are to make!!

Ingredients

2 cups almond flour

1 egg, beaten

3 tablespoons of Trader Joe’s Everything But the Bagel Seasoning  (or make your own, see my recipe here)

Preparation

Preheat your oven to 350F.

Add the almond flour and everything bagel seasoning to the bowl of a food processor.

Mix briefly, then add in the egg and mix until the dough stays together when you pinch it.

Remove the dough and set on a piece of parchment paper.  Add another piece of parchment paper on top and roll out the dough to your desired thickness.

Using a pizza cutter or knife, cut the dough into the size crackers of your choice.  Mine were 2″ x 2″.  Gather up the scraps, roll and cut out the remaining crackers.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden.

Half way through the cooking, move the crackers to the top rack to finish cooking.  Allow to cool before serving, and store in the fridge… if you have any left!
