Homemade Everything Bagel Seasoning - Keto and Low Carb

I use my Homemade Everything Bagel Seasoning  mix, which makes these crackers so flavorful!  They will hold up to your favorite dip, cheese or they are even great all on their own!  Wait till you see how easy these Low Carb crackers really are to make!!

    What's in Keto Everything Crackers

    • Almond flour
    • Egg
    • Everything But the Bagel Seasoning

*Exact measurements are listed in the recipe card below.

How to Make Keto Everything Crackers

    Preheat your oven to 350F.

Add the almond flour and everything bagel seasoning to the bowl of a food processor.

Mix briefly, then add in the egg and mix until the dough stays together when you pinch it.

Remove the dough and set on a piece of parchment paper.  Add another piece of parchment paper on top and roll out the dough to your desired thickness.

Using a pizza cutter or knife, cut the dough into the size crackers of your choice.  Mine were 2" x 2".  Gather up the scraps, roll and cut out the remaining crackers.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden.

Half way through the cooking, move the crackers to the top rack to finish cooking.

Allow to cool before serving and that's it! It is just that easy to have your own homemade gluten free crackers!

What to Serve with Everything Bagel Gluten Free Crackers

You can serve them along side any low carb salad, or as an appetizer with this Antipasti Platter, or try them at your next tailgating party with these Keto dips:

    • Keto Buffalo Chicken Dip
    • Jalapeno Popper Chicken Dip
    • Easy Guacamole
    • Roasted Cauliflower Hummus
    • Zesty Dipping Sauce

You can use my Homemade Everything Bagel Seasoning to make these! It is taste just like the seasoning you get from Trader Joes, but because you make it in bulk, it is very cost effective and you can cater it to your own taste.

Homemade Everything Bagel Seasoning - Keto and Low Carb

Tips for the Best Low Carb Crackers

    • Roll these out the dough for these gluten free crackers evenly- You want them to have a uniform texture, so to ensure they bake evenly, be sure and roll them to the same thickness.
    • Almond flour crackers must cool completely-In order for them to have that little bit of crunch, you'll want to cool them completely. Crackers made with almond flour are more delicate than traditionally baked crackers, so this extra step is important.
    • Change up the flavors of these low carb crackers-You can make these crackers with dried Italian herbs for a nice alternative. You can enjoy a zesty flavored cracker by sprinkling the tops of these Keto crackers with some of these homemade Ranch Seasoning Mix

I have made the EBTB seasoning and I really like them. I would like to make something different. I looked at your recipe for ranch seasoning but I don't have the powdered buttermilk or heavy cream. Could you suggest something else - more along the lines of herbs and spices? I'm new at this and I don't have all of the unusual ingredients. Thanks for your help.

I am just not really sure what else you could use because the buttermilk powder adds a little creaminess when mixed. If you are just wanting a good homemade ranch dressing, I have this recipe https://ketocookingchristian.com/homemade-ranch-dressing-keto-and-low-carb/ that uses a variety of seasonings but does not have the buttermilk powder.

Since that's the main ingredient, it's pretty key in this recipe. You can try using sunflower flour, which can be made by grinding sunflower seeds in a food processor till they're really fine.

These look awesome and simple. I will make. Do you think a regular blender can mix it okay? Thank you.

I made these today and they turned out great! I only used 2 Tbsp of the bagel seasoning as I find it to be a bit salty for my taste. But it was just enough for great flavor and not a lot of saltiness. Thanks for sharing! I had a great lunch of salami, fontina and olive tapenade on my keto crackers!

        Hi Tonya,
It really depends on the size you make them. I was able to get 30 crackers out of the batch, so a serving size would be 5 2" crackers. I hope that helps!

        Hi Ruth,
Glad to hear you loved them! For seasonings, you could use just about anything, garlic or onion powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, or a mix of herbs, like dill, parsley, rosemary and even a combination like garlic powder and rosemary for example. I hope that helps!
