Thousand Island Dressing - Keto and Low Carb
A Low Carb and Keto friendly dressing that is creamy, tangy and super easy to make. Perfect on salads or hamburgers!

- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sugar-free ketchup
- 1/4 cup sugar-free sweet relish or minced sweet pickles
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons finely minced onion
- salt to taste
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix. Taste to see if it needs more salt and serve over a salad!
While you can certainly use it immediately, the dressing is best after it has chilled in the fridge for at least 1-2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
Store in the fridge in an airtight jar for 5-7 days.
