Crispy Air Fryer Buffalo Wings - Keto and Low Carb

Classic Buffalo Chicken Wings made in the Air Fryer crisped to perfection and tossed in a homemade Buffalo Wing Sauce!

  • Cut each chicken wing into 3 separate pieces, discarding the wing tips and keeping only the drummettes and flats.
  • Spray each rack with non-stick spray, I used olive oil spray and placed the wings on them. Optional: Sprinkle garlic salt and pepper over the tops. Make sure there is plenty of space between each wing, to allow the air to circulate properly.
  • Bake at 400F for 18-20 minutes or until they are golden and crisp!
  • While they are still hot, toss in the buffalo wing sauce and serve!
  • As with classic Buffalo Wings, I like to serve mine with some celery sticks and blue cheese dressing for dipping!


Macros do not include the optional garlic salt, blue cheese dressing, or celery sticks.
