Easy Buffalo Shrimp Lettuce Wraps – Keto/Low Carb

Buffalo Wing fans you will love this quick and easy Low Carb recipe! All the great flavors of buffalo wings are in these tasty shrimp over buffalo cole slaw, and served in lettuce wraps!

  • Heat a large skillet to medium high and add in the butter. Once the butter has melted, sauté the shrimp for a couple of minutes on each side. As soon as they turn pink they’re done!
  • Pour the buffalo wing sauce over the tops and toss to coat, cooking for another 20 seconds. Remove from the heat and assemble your lettuce wraps.
  • I used romaine lettuce hearts for mine, but you could use any lettuce you like.
  • Top each piece of lettuce with some Buffalo Cole Slaw. Add some of the shrimp over the top. Garnish with a drizzle of the buffalo wing sauce and some blue cheese crumbles.

Notes

Macros do not include lettuce, so be sure to adjust according to what you decide to use.
