Add the toasted coconut butter, butter, coconut oil, stevia and vanilla to a bowl and mix using a hand mixer until well combined.
Pour into silicone mini muffin molds (or an ice cube tray) and place in the freezer for 15 minutes to set. Remove and store in the refrigerator or freezer.
