  • Add the toasted coconut butter, butter, coconut oil, stevia and vanilla to a bowl and mix using a hand mixer until well combined.
  • Pour into silicone mini muffin molds (or an ice cube tray) and place in the freezer for 15 minutes to set. Remove and store in the refrigerator or freezer.
