Mix together the remaining ketchup, brown sweetener and smoked paprika then spread over the meatloaf. Continue baking for another 20 minutes, then allow to rest 10 minutes before slicing.
Note: If you want the sauce to be on all sides of the meatloaf and are daring enough, you can CAREFULLY remove the meatloaf from the pan and place onto a mini baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Then slather the mixed all over and bake.
If you don't have the ingredients to make the ranch seasoning, you can use 2 teaspoons of the store bought packet.If you don't have a Keto friendly brown sweetener, you can omit it.If you don't have smoked paprika, you can just omit it.If you don't have fresh parsley, you can use 1 tablespoon of dried parsley instead.I always recommend grating your own parmesan cheese, for the best flavor. Parmesan cheese can easily be substituted with grated Romano or Asiago cheese or even a combination of them.
