🔪 How to Make Maple Pecan Baked Brie
Preheat oven to 350°F.

Add the brie (do not remove the outer rind) to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15 minutes.

While the brie is baking, add the pecans to a dry saucepan and allow to toast over medium low heat for 2-3 minutes or until fragrant. Remove the pecans and set them aside.

Increase the heat to medium low, then add the sweetener, sugar-free maple syrup, butter, ground cinnamon and salt and stir.

Bring to a gentle simmer, then pour in the heavy cream and allow to simmer for 1-2 minutes or until slightly thickened, whisking often.

Add the pecans back in and toss in the mixture.

Once the brie is ready, transfer it to your serving plate and spoon the pecans and maple sauce over the top, the serve warm.

☑️ Storage Instruction
Store leftover brie in an airtight container for up to 3 days. You can reheat small portions in the microwave or place the wheel in a 300°F oven for 8 to 10 minutes until warmed through and soft again.
🍴 What to Serve with Baked Brie Appetizer
If you’re on Keto, then you’ll want to serve this gooey cheese appetizer with low carb crackers like my Sesame Almond Flour Crackers or these Ranch Crackers. You can also serve it with toast points made with this delicious Keto Bread.

💡 Tips
- Bake the brie on parchment so it lifts cleanly onto a serving plate.
- Stir the sauce often once the cream is added to avoid scorching.
- Toast the pecans just until fragrant since over toasting makes them bitter.
- Use a shallow plate so the sauce pools around the brie instead of running off.
- Cut into the brie gently so the topping stays on top.
- If the sauce thickens too much, warm it briefly with a teaspoon of cream.

🔄 Substitutions and Additions
- Nuts: Add chopped walnuts for a different nut texture.
- Extract: Stir in a small splash of vanilla for a dessert style twist.
- Spices: Sprinkle extra cinnamon on top just before serving for warmth or add a pinch of nutmeg for deeper spice notes.
- Chopped pecans: Use chopped pecans if you prefer a finer topping.

Is This Maple Pecan Baked Brie Keto Friendly?
Yes, it is made with sugar free maple syrup and monk fruit allulose to keep the carbs low while still tasting rich and sweet.
Can I Bake The Brie Longer if I Want it Runnier?
Yes, add two minutes at a time until the center loosens.
What if My Sauce Looks Grainy?
Lower the heat and whisk in a teaspoon of warm cream until smooth.
Can I Make the Topping Ahead of Time?
Sure! Just rewarm it gently before serving so it stays spoonable.
Does the Rind Need to be Removed After Baking?
No, the rind is edible and helps hold the brie together.
