A classic mix of spices with a little sweetness from the Brown Swerve, you will find yourself using this mix all the time! If you've never used Brown Swerve before, you are in for such a treat! It honestly smells, feels, and tastes just like brown sugar, it's absolutely amazing!
What's in Keto BBQ Rub
- Brown Swerve
- Smoked paprika
- Chili powder
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Ground cumin
- Dry mustard
- Salt
- Cayenne pepper

How to Make BBQ Spice Dry Rub
Add all the ingredients except for the brown Swerve to a bowl and whisk until well combined.
Mix in the Brown Swerve and mix thoroughly. Use on my Instant Pot Pork Ribs, beef or chicken prior to grilling.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
These are my Instant Pot Baby Back Ribs. I used this dry rub on them, pressure cooked them, then slathered them with my Homemade BBQ Sauce and broiled them for a few minutes. They were fall-off-the-bone tender and juicy!!
