What is Bulletproof Coffee (BPC)?
Bulletproof coffee typically has 1-3 different healthy fats added to it, such as grass-fed butter, heavy whipping cream, coconut or MCT oil and even collagen peptides.
You can also add some type of flavoring extract, flavored stevia drops or other sugar-free sweetener, It all depends on which you prefer. It’s very filling, so it takes the place of my first meal of the day.
How Can I Make Give It More Pumpkin Flavor?
Since it’s pumpkin season, in addition to the HWC, grass-fed butter and MCT Oil Powder that I mentioned earlier, I’ve added pumpkin puree (not to be confused with pumpkin pie filling) as well as my homemade pumpkin pie spice mix.
