🍴 What to Serve with Taco Cup Appetizers
You can serve them with any of your favorite low-carb chips or crackers. I like to make these Keto Seasoned Tortilla Chips and these Keto Ranch Crackers.

💡 Tips
- Prep ingredients ahead so assembly takes only minutes when it is time to serve.
- Use clear plastic cups to show off every layer of taco dip.
- Cool the taco meat slightly before adding so the cold layers stay crisp and fresh.
- Spoon the sour cream into a piping bag or zip bag for a cleaner layer.
- Keep cups cold until serving to maintain the layers and flavor.

🔄 Substitutions and Additions
- Cheese: Swap cheddar for pepper jack if you want a spicy option. You can also add a spoon of queso for a creamy layer.
- Pico: Try adding Pico de Gallo instead of traditional salsa.
- Seasoning: Add a sprinkle of Taco Seasoning to sour cream for extra flavor.
- Tomatoes: Garnish with fresh chopped tomatoes for a brighter taste.
- Toppings: Top with crushed low carb tortilla chips for crunch and texture.

Can I Use Ground Turkey Instead of Beef?
Yes, just season it the same way you would taco meat.
Which Size Cups Work Best?
Clear nine ounce cups work well for easy layering and scooping.
Can I Prep the Layers Early Without Everything Getting Soggy?
You can assemble them up to four hours before serving and keep them chilled.
Do These Travel Well to Potlucks or Parties?
They sure do. Just place the cups inside a deep tray or casserole dish so they stay upright in transit.
