Is Dill Sauce Keto?

A lot of times people ask if a particular recipe is Keto. The bottom line when determining if something is okay for Keto is determine if the ingredients are clean and low carb.

Since most store-bought brands of mayonnaise is made with soy bean oil or other preservatives, it’s recommended that you make you own or use a mayo with clean ingredients.

Because this creamy lemon dill sauce recipe uses a homemade mayonnaise, the minimal carbs it has comes from the trace amounts found in eggs, lemon juice and fresh dill making it a great Keto sauce.

Can You Freeze Lemon Dill Sauce?

It is best to eat this salmon dill sauce when it’s freshly made. Sour cream based sauces don’t seem to thaw very well. The texture becomes almost grainy. But the great news is, it truly only takes minutes to prepare a fresh batch.
