🔪 How to Make Everything Bagel Keto Crackers
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Add the almond flour, everything bagel seasoning and the egg to the bowl of a food processor.
Pulse until the dough stays together when you pinch it.
Remove the dough and set on a piece of parchment paper.
Add another piece of parchment paper on top and roll out the dough to your desired thickness.
Using a 2 inch biscuit cutter, stamp out as many crackers as you can. If you don't have a biscuit cutter or prefer them square, you can use a ruler and a pizza cutter to cut them into 2 inch crackers.
Gather up the scraps, roll them, and cut out the remaining crackers. I was able to get 34 crackers. Place them onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 12–14 minutes, or until golden.
Allow to cool before serving.
☑️ Storage Instructions
Store the cooled crackers in an airtight container in the fridge to keep them crispy. If they soften over time, you can re-crisp them in the oven or air fryer for a few minutes.
You can also freeze the baked crackers for up to a couple of months. Place them in a single layer on a baking sheet to freeze initially, then transfer them to a freezer-safe bag or container.
💡 Tips for Making Almond Flour Crackers
- Roll evenly- You want them to have a uniform texture, so to ensure they bake evenly, be sure and roll them to the same thickness.
- Avoid overcrowding- Arrange the crackers on the baking sheet with a little space between each one. This allows for even air circulation and crisper results.
- Cool completely- In order for them to have that little bit of crunch, you'll want to cool them completely. Crackers made with almond flour are more delicate than traditionally baked crackers, so this extra step is important.
🍴 What to Serve with Everything Bagel Gluten Free Crackers
You can serve them along with any low-carb salad or as an appetizer with this Antipasti Platter, or try them at your next tailgating party with these keto dips:
- Keto Buffalo Chicken Dip
- Jalapeno Popper Chicken Dip
- Easy Guacamole
- Roasted Cauliflower Hummus
- Zesty Dipping Sauce
🔄 Substitutions and Additions
- Cheese: Add ¼ cup of grated Parmesan or cheddar cheese to the dough for a cheesy twist.
- Spicy: Add a pinch of cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
- Nutty: Substitute ¼ cup of the almond flour with ground flaxseed or chia seeds for a nutty texture.
- Ranch: You can enjoy a zesty flavored cracker by sprinkling the tops of these Keto crackers with some of this homemade Ranch Seasoning Mix.
Are These Crackers Healthy?
Yes, these keto crackers are a healthy option, especially for those following a low-carb or ketogenic diet. They are made with almond flour, which is low in carbs and high in healthy fats, fiber, and protein. They are also free from refined grains and sugars, making them a nutritious snack choice.
What Can I Do If My Dough is Sticky?
If the dough is too sticky, chill it in the refrigerator for about 15–20 minutes. You can also dust the parchment paper and rolling pin with a bit of almond flour to make rolling easier.
Can I Use Coconut Flour Instead?
Almond flour is ideal for this keto recipe due to its low carb content and texture. Coconut flour is not recommended as a direct substitute, because it absorbs more moisture and would require adjusting the other ingredients.
What Can I Do If My Crackers Begin to Brown Too Quickly?
If the crackers are browning too quickly, lower the oven temperature slightly and keep a close eye on them. You may also need to bake them on a lower rack or use a lighter-colored baking sheet.

These crackers are amazing! I make them all the time now and even people who do not follow low carb love them. The only thing I do different is add extra garlic powder because I am a huge fan of garlic. God bless you for sharing thus recipe....

These are AMAZING!!! I made them for a party and EVERYONE - Keto or not - liked them. They were devoured! I had many people request the recipe as they want to make them too. They stay nice and crisp. The only thing I did different was to make a small roll with the dough, wrap it in plastic and chill it for a while. Then I sliced into small rounds before baking. So easy and delicious!!!! Thank you!!!

Julianne,
God bless you for sharing this fantastic recipe. I have made them many times and absolutely love them! Finally something good to put cheese spreads on! Sometimes I add garlic powder to them because I really love garlic.
Keto Cooking Christian
Thank so you much. They are the perfect answer for traditional cracker cravings.

I have made the EBTB seasoning and I really like them. I would like to make something different. I looked at your recipe for ranch seasoning but I don't have the powdered buttermilk or heavy cream. Could you suggest something else - more along the lines of herbs and spices? I'm new at this and I don't have all of the unusual ingredients. Thanks for your help.
Keto Cooking Christian
I am just not really sure what else you could use because the buttermilk powder adds a little creaminess when mixed. If you are just wanting a good homemade ranch dressing, I have this recipe https://ketocookingchristian.com/homemade-ranch-dressing-keto-and-low-carb/ that uses a variety of seasonings but does not have the buttermilk powder.

For baking - greased cookie sheet, or parchment paper, or...?
Keto Cooking Christian
I like to use parchment paper, nothing ever sticks to it!
Reyna Pedrego
How many eggs does it need
Keto Cooking Christian
Just one egg, as noted in the recipe card 🙂

Is there a way to do this without Almond flour? I am allergic to anything Almond
Keto Cooking Christian
Since that's the main ingredient, it's pretty key in this recipe. You can try using sunflower flour, which can be made by grinding sunflower seeds in a food processor till they're really fine.
Angela Reiter
These look awesome and simple. I will make. Do you think a regular blender can mix it okay? Thank you.
Keto Cooking Christian
I'm not sure that would work to be honest.

Keto Cooking Christian
Awesome, so happy to hear you love them! Thanks for letting me know and Lord bless you too, thank you!
Sharon
I made these today and they turned out great! I only used 2 Tbsp of the bagel seasoning as I find it to be a bit salty for my taste. But it was just enough for great flavor and not a lot of saltiness. Thanks for sharing! I had a great lunch of salami, fontina and olive tapenade on my keto crackers!
Keto Cooking Christian
Glad you enjoyed them! The salami, fontina and tapenade sound perfect!
Tonya Peterson
Is 1 cracker a serving? How many crackers are a serving?
Keto Cooking Christian
Hi Tonya,
It really depends on the size you make them. I was able to get 30 crackers out of the batch, so a serving size would be 5 2" crackers. I hope that helps!
Kerry
I can't wait to make these, they will make a great addition to my preEaster dinner snacks. Thank you so much for your site!
Keto Cooking Christian
You are most welcome, I hope you enjoy them!
Ruth Mattone
Loved the crackers. Simple to make. Any suggestions on other seasonings?
Keto Cooking Christian
Hi Ruth,
Glad to hear you loved them! For seasonings, you could use just about anything, garlic or onion powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, or a mix of herbs, like dill, parsley, rosemary and even a combination like garlic powder and rosemary for example. I hope that helps!
