🥣 Recommended Tools
🔪 How to Make Keto Almond Flour Crackers
Preheat oven to 350°F. Add all the ingredients to the bowl of your food processor.

Pulse until well combined and the dough comes together. If you don’t have a food processor, you can certainly mix by hand instead.

Turn the dough out onto a piece of parchment paper, then form it into a disc. Cover with another piece of parchment and roll out thin using a rolling pin, but not too thin.

Using a biscuit cutter, stamp out the crackers and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. If you don’t have a biscuit cutter, you can cut them out using a pizza cutter or knife.

Bake for 12-14 minutes or until slightly golden and crisp.

Allow to cool and once they are crisp, they’re ready to serve.
☑️ Storage Instruction
Fridge : Store fully cooled crackers in an airtight container up to one week.
Freezer: Freeze baked crackers in a sealed container up to two months. Thaw uncovered, then pop them in the oven or air fryer for a couple of minutes to get that fresh-baked crisp again.
🍴 What to Serve with Sesame Crackers
Looking for the perfect dip or spread to serve with your crackers? Here are a few of my favorites:
- Pimento and Cheese Spread
- French Onion Dip
- Sausage Rotel Dip
- Crab Rangoon Dip
- Baked Brie with Cranberry
- Jalapeño Popper Chicken Dip

💡 Tips
- Roll the dough evenly so crackers bake at the same rate and stay crisp.
- Store completely cooled crackers only. Warm crackers soften quickly.
- If the dough sticks, chill it for ten minutes before rolling.
- Rotate the pan halfway through baking if your oven has hot spots.

🔄 Substitutions and Additions
- Garlic: Add a pinch of garlic powder for a savory twist.
- Cheese: Add grated parmesan for a richer cracker.
- Paprika: Add a pinch of smoked paprika for a subtle smoky flavor.
- Shape: Cut the dough into rectangles instead of rounds for a rustic look.
- Rosemary: Mix in cracked rosemary for a more herbal flavor profile.

Can I Make These Ahead for a Party?
Yes, make them one or two days ahead and store in a sealed container once fully cooled.
What Can I Do If My Dough is Sticky?
If the dough is too sticky, chill it in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes. You can also dust the parchment paper and rolling pin with a bit of almond flour to make rolling easier.
Why Did My Dough Crumble When Rolling?
A little extra kneading usually brings the dough together. Warm hands help if it feels dry.
Are These Crackers Healthy?
Yes, these keto crackers are a healthy option, especially for those following a low-carb or ketogenic diet. They are made with almond flour, which is low in carbs and high in healthy fats, fiber, and protein.
Can I Use Coconut Flour Instead?
Almond flour is ideal for this keto recipe due to its low carb content and texture. Coconut flour is not recommended as a direct substitute, because it absorbs more moisture and would require adjusting the other ingredients.
