Tips for Making the Loaded Cauliflower Potato Salad

    • Start with fresh cauliflower: Always look for cauliflower heads that are uniformly creamy white in color. From time to time you might see a head of cauliflower with some light brown spots. Though the spots are not harmful, it's a sign of oxidation resulting from being stored a little too long.
    • Don't over cook the florets: You're going to want cook the cauliflower until it's tender, but not until it falls completely apart when mixing in the other ingredients.
    • Make it your own: This recipe was created with the entire family in mind, including the kiddos. But if you like a little extra kick, you can always add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes or even a slight dash of cayenne pepper. Whatever you typically serve with a baked potato, you can serve in this recipe. It is just that versatile.

The ingredient list has apple cider vinegar listed and the written instructions mention lemon juice. Which one is it?

This looks so good and it is egg free ! But, I also have to be dairy free. Do you think I can sub coconut milk powder for the dairy in your Ranch Seasoning recipe? Thank you
