Prepare a batch of Keto Fathead Bagels according to the directions. Then allow them to cool before slicing them in half and placing them, cut side up, on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.

Add the mini pepperoni slices and bake for 7-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden.
