What's in Keto White Chocolate Mousse
- Keto Raspberry Sauce, seeds strained
- Heavy cream
- Sugar free white chocolate chips
- Cream cheese
- Vanilla extract

How to Make Keto Chocolate Mousse
Add the chocolate chips to a bowl and heat in the microwave for 30 seconds.
Stir and continue heating in 10 second increments until the chocolate has melted.
In a mixing bowl, add in the cream cheese, vanilla extract and melted chocolate. Mix using a hand mixer until combined.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks.
Fold into the cream cheese mixture until everything is well combined. Chill in the fridge until it has fully set.
Take a glass, jar or cup and using a pastry bag, pipe in some of the mousse, then spoon some of the raspberry sauce, then more of the mousse, creating a layered look. Repeat the process with each serving.
Alternatively, you can create more servings of a mini mousse dessert and use shot glasses instead.
