I am a huge fan of homemade dressings. It’s wonderful being able to make a fresh batch with just a few simple ingredients. By making your own, you can also rid your fridge of all those partially full bottles of expired dressing.

Also, by making your own, you can change up dressing anytime you want a salad. If you love a savory vinaigrette style dressing, you should try these, Sugar-Free Apricot Vinaigrette and Raspberry Vinaigrette. Or for something special during the holidays, this Cranberry Vinaigrette makes an amazing condiment for any salad. Most vinaigrette can double as a marinade for chicken or steak, so keep that in mind for leftovers.

But, if you prefer a creamy style dressing, these Bacon Ranch, Avocado Lime Cilantro, Blue Cheese, Caesar and Creamy Balsamic Keto dressings are sure to make your salads happy!

I looooove this stuff! It was a bit thick for my tastes so i thinned it down a bit and cut back on the cilatro since I’m very sensitive to that herb. I used in a chipotle chicken salad. Tonight I’m making burgers and going to add to my burger. In the future, I’ll use in a chicken burrito.

Thanks so much for this recipe!!

  2. It sounds delicious what brand of Chipotle pepper in adobo sauce do you use? I had three options and they all had sugar in the ingredients

This is soooo delicious. I used almond milk in place of heavy cream only because that’s what I had in the house. I would highly recommend this if you like a little kick

Found this on Pinterest. and just tried it. We all loved it over a chicken taco salad. With the two tsp of paprika + the pepper it comes out very, very smoky. I added another big scoop of sour cream to calm that down a bit. I also added a teaspoon of dill to make it a bit more ranch-y. We really loved this recipe and will make it again.
