Bacon Ranch Dressing & Dip - Keto and Low Carb

There are some great low carb/Keto friendly dressings on the market,  but I really love to make my own whenever I can.  This bacon ranch dressing is so easy to make and is packed with flavor!  You can also use this dressing as a dip and serve with your favorite raw veggies, pork rinds or homemade cheese crackers.

Ingredients

5 slices uncured bacon

1/2 cup sour cream

1/3 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

3 teaspoons of bacon grease

1 tablespoon dried parsley

2 teaspoons dried dill

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Add all the ingredients (except for the bacon) to the bowl of a food processor and mix.  Then add in the crumbled bacon and pulse a few times until combined but the bacon is still chunky.

Note: For a thicker dip, use only 1/4 cup of heavy cream.
