1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
3 teaspoons of bacon grease
1 tablespoon dried parsley
2 teaspoons dried dill
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
Add all the ingredients (except for the bacon) to the bowl of a food processor and mix. Then add in the crumbled bacon and pulse a few times until combined but the bacon is still chunky.
