Something I think everyone has been challenged with from time to time, is having the time to prepare homemade Keto and Low Carb meals on a weeknight. Sometimes our lives get so busy, we only have so many hours in the day.
Following a Ketogenic Diet means your meals should consist of as much whole food as possible. That typically means cooking homemade meals, rather than prepared from a package. How often do you ask yourself – how in the world will I be able to cook an entire meal in 20-30 minutes and stay in Ketosis?
